Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms on our Madison campus with relocation support. You will help power training environments, hosted client systems, and testing platforms with secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure.

The role blends hands-on engineering with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to sustain a growing set of services used worldwide.

Qualifications

Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote platforms (Citrix).
Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell is a plus.
Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for Epic staff, customers, and global training.
Build and maintain secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering training environments and hosted systems.
Automate and harden systems; collaborate across teams to support growing services.
