Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer on our Madison-area campus to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that support Epic staff, customers, and global training programs. You will help build secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering training environments and hosted client systems.

This role blends hands-on infrastructure work with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support a growing and increasingly complex set of services.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, deploying and operating Windows-based application delivery platforms.
• Strong background in securing and hardening Windows infrastructure.
• Proficiency with scripting or programming (PowerShell preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD deployment practices and automation tooling.
• Experience providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting across teams.
