Epic's Windows Server Engineering team on our Madison campus is seeking a talented engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that support internal staff, customers, and global training programs.

The role blends hands-on infrastructure engineering with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to keep a growing set of services secure, scalable, and available.

Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required with company-provided assistance.

Qualifications

Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
Experience with web hosting (IIS) and remote apps (Citrix).
Scripting or programming proficiency; PowerShell a plus.
Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
COVID-19 vaccination.
