Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that support internal staff, customers, and global training programs. You will join the Application Delivery workgroup, focusing on secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure and automation.

The role blends hands-on engineering with security hardening and cross-team collaboration to support a growing set of services, with relocation assistance for Madison, WI, and a chance to work on

Qualifications

Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based infrastructure.
Experience with web hosting (IIS) and remote apps (Citrix).
Scripting or programming proficiency; PowerShell a plus.
Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service mindset.
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
COVID-19 vaccination.
