Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy and operate application delivery platforms for training environments and hosted client systems. This role focuses on hands-on infrastructure, automation, security hardening and cross-team collaboration on a growing set of services.

The position requires relocation to the Madison, WI campus with reimbursed relocation and offers a path for growth, competitive compensation, annual raises and bonuses, stock grants, and global healthcare

Qualifications

Experience designing, deploying and operating Windows Server-based infrastructure.
Automation and scripting to streamline deployments and operations.
Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes and modern software delivery.
PowerShell scripting proficiency is a plus.
Experience with IIS hosting and Citrix remote application platforms.
Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service mindset.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
COVID-19 vaccination as part of health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy and operate application delivery platforms for Epic's internal staff, customers and global training programs.
Build and maintain secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering training environments, hosted client systems and testing platforms.
Apply automation and security hardening; collaborate with cross-teams to support a growing set of services.
