Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate secure, scalable application delivery platforms for internal staff, customers, and global training programs. The role is based on our Madison campus with relocation support and requires moving to the area.

You will join the Application Delivery workgroup, blending hands-on infrastructure work with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support a growing portfolio of services used worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based infrastructure.
• Experience with IIS hosting and remote apps (Citrix).
• Scripting or programming proficiency; PowerShell a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship; COVID-19 vaccination.
