Job summary

Epic invites an engineer to join the Windows Server Engineering team on our Madison, WI campus. You will help design, deploy, and operate large-scale application delivery platforms that support Epic staff, customers, and global training environments, with relocation assistance provided.

This role blends hands-on infrastructure engineering with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support an expanding set of services and hosted environments.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
• Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for Epic internal staff, customers, and global training programs.
• Automate, harden security, and collaborate across teams to support a complex service set.
• Support on-campus infrastructure and ensure reliable, scalable Windows-based systems.
