Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that support internal staff, customers, and global training programs. The role is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area.

You will join the Application Delivery workgroup, building secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering training environments, hosted client systems, and testing platforms used worldwide.

Qualifications

Relocation to Madison, WI area reimbursed.
Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote platforms (Citrix).
Scripting or programming proficiency; PowerShell a plus.
Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for Epic staff, clients, and training.
Automate infrastructure and harden security within Windows-based environments.
Collaborate across teams to support evolving services and platforms.
