Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate Windows-based infrastructure for internal staff, customers, and global training environments. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
• Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell experience is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Windows-based infrastructure for Epic's staff, customers, and training programs.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable hosting environments for training, hosted client systems, and testing platforms.
• Automate infrastructure tasks and strengthen security hardening across services.
• Collaborate across teams to support CI/CD and deployment workflows.
