Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate secure, scalable infrastructure for internal staff, customers, and global training programs. The role requires relocation to the Madison, WI area and collaboration with the Application Delivery workgroup.

You will work on hands-on infrastructure with automation, security hardening, and cross-team coordination to support a growing set of services. Madison offers a growing tech scene with relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
• Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for Epic's internal staff, customers, and global training programs.
• Automate infrastructure and security hardening while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Support training environments, hosted client systems, and critical testing platforms used worldwide.
