Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate secure, scalable infrastructure for internal staff, customers, and global training systems. You will join the Application Delivery workgroup and work across teams on automation, security hardening, and cross-functional initiatives.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering with a focus on Windows-based platforms, hosting, and automation to support a growing set of services worldwide. Relocation to Madison, WI is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based infrastructure.
• Experience with web hosting (IIS) and remote platforms (Citrix).
• Scripting or programming skills, PowerShell preferred.
• Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes and strong troubleshooting.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship; COVID-19 vaccination.
