Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate secure Windows-based infrastructure supporting Epic's internal staff, customers, and global training programs. The role blends hands-on engineering with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration on a growing set of services.

Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and reimbursed. You will join a team responsible for hosting training environments, hosted client systems, and testing platforms used

Qualifications

• Relocation to the Madison, WI area required and reimbursed.
• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
• Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell experience is a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Windows-based application delivery platforms.
• Automate infrastructure tasks and harden security across platforms.
