Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer for our Madison-area campus. The role involves designing, deploying, and operating application delivery platforms that support Epic's staff, customers, and global training programs, with relocation assistance.

You will join the Application Delivery workgroup to build secure, scalable Windows infrastructure, automate tasks, harden security, and collaborate across teams. Relocation is reimbursed, and eligible for annual raises and bonuses.

Qualifications

Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell experience is a plus.
Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for Epic's staff, customers, and global training programs.
Build and maintain secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering training environments and hosted client systems.
