Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based infrastructure.
• Experience with IIS hosting and remote app platforms (Citrix).
• Scripting or programming experience; PowerShell is a plus.
• Ability to work across teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for Epic’s staff, customers, and training programs.
• Automate and harden security; improve reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing environments and hosted client systems.
• Provide timely troubleshooting and strong customer service.
