Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that support Epic's internal staff, customers, and global training programs. The role involves hands-on infrastructure work, automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support a growing set of services.

The position is based on our campus in Madison, WI with relocation to the area and national recruitment with relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
• Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Windows-based infrastructure for Epic's internal staff, customers, and global training environments.
• Automate and harden infrastructure with security best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to support a growing and increasingly complex set of services.
