Job summary

ScriptPro, a leader in pharmacy robotics and software solutions, is seeking a Systems Analyst to own the Windows OS and platform lifecycle for on-premises and hybrid infrastructure. The role covers roadmap planning, upgrades, and standards development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure platform health and reliability.

The position reports to the Director, Integrated Systems Development and operates in a hybrid schedule with on-campus and remote work in Mission, KS, aligning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of systems administration or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong Windows OS administration and patching knowledge.
• Experience with on-premises and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Own Windows OS and platform lifecycle roadmap.
• Plan upgrades, patching, and end-of-life transitions.
• Define platform standards and configurations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, and operations teams.
• Maintain platform documentation and runbooks.
