Job summary

ScriptPro in Mission, KS is seeking a Systems Analyst to own the Windows OS and platform lifecycle for on-premises and hybrid infrastructure. You will drive upgrades, standards, and roadmap planning in collaboration with infrastructure and engineering teams.

The role offers hybrid work with on-site days in Mission, KS and remote options per policy. Candidates should have 2+ years of systems administration experience, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT or related field
• 2+ years of systems administration, IT infrastructure, or related field
• Strong Windows OS administration and patching knowledge
• Familiarity with on-premises and hybrid environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Windows OS and platform lifecycle roadmap; coordinate upgrades and end-of-life transitions
• Define, document, and enforce platform standards across on-premises and hybrid environments
• Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, and operations teams to gather requirements and align platform decisions
• Monitor platform health and performance; drive remediation with systems engineering
• Create and maintain platform documentation, runbooks, upgrade plans, and specifications
• Perform other duties as assigned
