A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a PC Support Specialist for a 4+ months contract in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will install and repair hardware, support Windows desktops and laptops, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients. The ideal candidate has an Associates Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. An A+ Certification is a plus. Competitive rate of $13-$16/hr offered.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with at least 3 years of work experience.
• A+ Certification is a plus.
• Experience building and deploying images for desktops.

Responsibilities

• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain and support Windows desktops and laptops.
