• Formal training or certification on infrastructure development concepts and 5+ years applied experience in SRE/DevOps or platform engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems from 2016 through 2025.
• Proficiency with Windows performance tools and debugging.
• Experience with Windows clustering, Web, load balancing, patching and risk management.
• Scripting in Python or PowerShell; reliability, scalability and security focus.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and culture; ability to drive SRE practices.
