Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer III in Columbus, OH to implement and optimize SQL Server-based data platforms.

You will design and tune relational databases, write T-SQL, and integrate AI-assisted monitoring to improve capacity and resiliency across multi-cloud environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize the infrastructure, expand from private cloud to public clouds, and ensure secure, auditable data management practices in a dynamic

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
Proficient in T-SQL and database object development (Stored Procs, Views).
Familiarity with AI-assisted monitoring and capacity analysis.
Knowledge of ETL tools (SSIS) and reporting tools (SSRS/SSAS).
Understanding cloud, virtualization, APIs, and modern software languages.

Responsibilities

Applies technical knowledge to projects of moderate scope focusing on data and system scale.
Maintains end-to-end monitoring of applications and capacity plans.
Collaborates with application and infra teams to mitigate risks and govern remediation.
Drives capacity process activities and validates AI-assisted recommendations.
