Intel Corporation in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Infrastructure Systems Engineer to lead Windows Server platforms, automation, and lifecycle management across on-premises and hybrid environments. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, cloud, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure.

The role emphasizes automation with PowerShell, Python, and Bash, Linux support (RHEL), and strong identity and security controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, Engineering, IT or related field.
3+ years administering enterprise Windows/Linux environments.
Strong Windows infrastructure and security knowledge with automation experience.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment, patching, hardening, and lifecycle management of Windows Server platforms.
Design and support AD, DNS, DHCP, PKI, IIS, and failover clustering.
Develop automation with PowerShell, Python, and Bash for provisioning and patch management.
Support Linux (RHEL) in hybrid environments and Windows workloads on VMware/OpenShift.
Troubleshoot complex issues and drive root-cause analysis for incidents.
Collaborate with network, storage, security, and platform teams to ensure reliability.
