Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 2019/2022 and enterprise Microsoft infrastructure.
• Experience with VMware, OpenShift Virtualization, or hybrid cloud platforms.

Aufgaben

• Lead lifecycle management of Windows Server platforms including deployment, patching, hardening, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Design, implement and support core Microsoft infrastructure services (AD, DNS/DHCP, PKI, IIS, .NET hosting, Failover Clustering, SQL Server).
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, and Bash for provisioning, patching, monitoring, and workflows.
• Maintain Windows security controls, vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, PAM, and compliance.
• Support Windows workloads on VMware, OpenShift Virtualization, and cloud environments; provide Linux admin support (RHEL).
• Monitor health, tune performance, troubleshoot OS/platform issues, perform root-cause analysis.
