Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Extrusion Associate to fabricate components for final window assemblies. This fast-paced, physically demanding role involves repetitive production tasks, reading work orders, and using hand or power tools.

Typical duties include mass-producing windows and supporting materials handling. We offer full-time roles with benefits starting day 1, including medical, dental and vision, PTO, 401k, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• May support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as needed.
• Read and follow work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
