Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Ohio seeks an experienced Infrastructure Operations Manager with strong Windows End User Computing (EUC) and infrastructure management expertise. You will lead infrastructure teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure high availability and security for enterprise Windows environments.

The role emphasizes automation, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve complex outages and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure teams.
• Strong Windows EUC and AD/GPO expertise.
• 7–10 years in Infrastructure Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Infrastructure Engineers.
• Manage Windows EUC environments.
• Oversee servers, storage & networking operations.
• Ensure high availability, performance and reliability of IT systems.
• Develop and enforce system administration and security practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
• Monitor performance and optimize infrastructure.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and procedures.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose improvements.
