True Anomaly, Inc. is seeking a talented Windows Desktop Engineer to own and improve the Windows endpoint environment used by the team building space superiority.

You will design, deploy, secure, and maintain Windows workstations across their lifecycle – from provisioning and configuration through application delivery, patching, troubleshooting, and retirement. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Windows endpoint engineering, desktop engineering, or Windows systems administration.
• 4+ years managing Intune & RMM deployments in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Windows deployment, provisioning, imaging, and automation.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability and willingness to submit for a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Windows endpoint platform, including device provisioning, configuration, management, security deployment, application delivery, and lifecycle operations
• Build, maintain, and improve Window deployment and provisioning workflows
• Package, test, deploy, update, and retire Windows applications
• Establish and maintain Windows configuration standards, security baselines, patching practices, and compliance controls
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues involving Windows configuration, drivers, profiles, applications, policies, identity, and device performance
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and communicate changes to affected teams
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to Windows endpoint tooling, architecture, and operational practices
