Job summary

VBeyond Corporation is seeking a Windows Endpoint Engineer to manage enterprise laptops, security tooling, and endpoint configurations across a hybrid environment. You will deploy apps, patch systems, and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues while collaborating with Security and Infrastructure teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows enterprise ecosystems, Active Directory, and modern device management platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows enterprise environments and corporate laptops.
• Strong knowledge of the Windows endpoint ecosystem.
• Experience with enterprise application deployment, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of endpoint security technologies and security best practices.
• Experience with endpoint/device management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, OS, applications, and endpoint security.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows laptops and corporate endpoint environments.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise applications and endpoint software.
• Support endpoint security tools and ensure corporate devices meet security and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot complex Windows OS, hardware, software, networking, and endpoint-related issues.
• Work with endpoint management and configuration tools to manage device policies, applications, updates, and configurations.
• Assist with software packaging, deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with Information Security and Infrastructure teams to implement and maintain endpoint security controls.
• Monitor endpoint health, performance, compliance, and security posture.
• Participate in endpoint upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Document configurations, processes, troubleshooting procedures, and solutions.
• Provide escalation-level technical support for complex endpoint issues.
