The candidate will drive pilot programs, vendor evaluations, and data-driven decisions to optimize endpoint performance and security while supporting thousands of endpoints in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

6 years in IT engineering with 5+ years in enterprise desktop or end-user computing leadership.
Deep Windows expertise in large enterprise environments including deployment, imaging, and lifecycle management.
Expertise with SCCM/MECM and Intune for software distribution, patching, and co-management.
Strong knowledge of VDI/remote computing with Citrix, Horizon, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Automation and scripting abilities using PowerShell or Python for zero-touch provisioning.
Security and networking best practices for endpoint security and LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN.
Experience leading enterprise testing strategies, pilots, and evaluating vendors.
Experience supporting thousands of endpoints across multiple locations in hybrid models.
Experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC, Autopilot, Intune-first strategies, or OS migrations.
Innovation mindset to improve end-user experience.
