Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in construction or similar industries is helpful.
• Background check cleared requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all installation, warranty, repair, and service-related work for Windows & Doors installations.
• Serve as primary contact for customers before, during, and after installation.
• Coordinate technicians, manage service schedules, and monitor recurring issues.
• Maintain regular customer communication and keep them informed of progress.
• Alert the General Manager promptly if crew compliance issues arise.
• Deliver strong customer service to build brand loyalty and branch profitability.
• Suggest policy/process improvements to boost efficiency and growth.
• Adhere to safety provisions and company policies.
• Work Saturdays as needed to meet project demands.
• Keep the work site and company vehicle organized and clean.
• Perform additional duties as assigned
