You will serve as the primary customer contact before, during, and after installation, ensuring timely, professional resolutions and adherence to company standards.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive problem solving, and delivering outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction and branch profitability.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Background check free of felony convictions.
• Take-home company vehicle after 90 days if KPIs met.

Responsibilities

• Complete every item on the On-Site Project Coordinator checklist and execute work orders on schedule.
• Manage and monitor assigned crew and uphold installation neatness standards.
• Analyze job sites to determine protection measures and safeguard customer property.
• Maintain frequent communication with the customer about progress and decisions.
• Alert the General Manager to crew compliance issues immediately.
• Deliver unrivaled customer service to build brand loyalty and profitability.
• Adhere to safety provisions and work Saturdays when required.
• Keep a clean, organized work environment and maintain the company vehicle.
