Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all installation, warranty, repair and service work for window and door projects.
• Serve as primary customer contact before, during, and after installation.
• Coordinate technicians, manage service schedules, and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain safety compliance and keep the customer informed of progress.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency.
