Cenvar Roofing is hiring motivated, customer-focused sales representatives in Lynchburg, VA. This full-time, in-person role offers unlimited earning potential with a strictly commission-based structure.

You will be responsible for educating homeowners, inspecting exteriors, presenting options, and closing deals across roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and doors. Cenvar provides brand support, leads, financing tools, training, technology, and production backing.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to walk on roofs, inspect exteriors, and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Cenvar, maintaining honesty, professionalism, and a sharp appearance.
• Inspect the home’s exterior and present accurate assessments.
• Maintain your own sales call schedule, calendar, and CRM records.
• Expertly present Cenvar’s scope of work, products, services, and policies to potential clients.
• Create cost estimates and close deals to increase profitability and market share.
• Manage personal performance metrics such as close rate and revenue sold.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from appointment to handoff.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and collaborate to improve processes.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and organized.
• Own preparation, appointments, follow-up, and results.
