Job summary

Cenvar Roofing & Solar is seeking a Residential Roofing Project Coordinator to drive installations and outstanding customer experiences. You will manage crews and sites from start to finish, balancing quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, farming, service-based, or similar industries is preferred.
• Ability to make cost estimates and manage tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Complete every item on the On-Site Project Coordinator checklist and execute work orders with exactness to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Manage and monitor your assigned crew, holding them accountable to installation neatness standards and preventing property or equipment damage.
• Proactively analyze job sites to determine protection measures, ensuring the customer's property is left in better condition than it was found.
• Maintain frequent communication with the customer to keep them informed of job progress and involve them in key decisions.
• Utilize strong problem identification and resolution skills to handle challenges in real-time; immediately alert the General Manager if crew compliance issues arise.
• Deliver unrivaled customer service to build brand loyalty, increase branch profitability, and ensure the customer has the best experience possible.
• Actively analyze policies and processes to generate ideas that improve efficiency and help the company grow.
• Strictly adhere to all safety provisions required by law and company policy.
• Be willing to work Saturdays when project demands require it.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and keep the company vehicle orderly.
