Job summary

Global Home Improvement is seeking an organized order administrator to bridge field measurements and final installations. You will verify specifications, place complex Marvin Windows orders, and track progress to keep projects on schedule.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, vendors, and field teams, maintaining accurate invoices and documentation while seeking continuous improvements in ordering workflows and reducing waste.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction/home-improvement procurement or related field.
• Ability to interpret measurements, takeoffs, and specs.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication with field teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Validate field measurements and specifications.
• Execute complex Marvin Windows orders.
• Manage sizes, finishes, and customizations.
• Track orders and delivery timelines.
• Resolve vendor discrepancies and bottlenecks.
• Communicate updates to field leadership.
