Mountain West Windows and Doors is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator in Gilbert, AZ to join our admin team. This full-time role focuses on processing product orders, sizing rough openings, and assisting customers with Marvin offerings in a fast-paced showroom and office setting.

You will use Marvin software for quotes, communicate with sales consultants, and help manage showroom literature and events. Strong MS Office skills and blueprint reading are essential; a high school diploma is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service or related experience preferred.
• Desirable knowledge of Marvin products and construction/window/door industry.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Administers and verifies product orders with customers and sales consultants.
• Sizes rough openings and creates proposals from blueprints.
• Verifies contracts to ensure correct product orders, builds, and delivery.
• Assist with leads, customer requests, and service or change orders.
• Showroom walk-ins: educate customers on Marvin offerings.
• Enter orders and quotes in Marvin software and maintain records.
• Support showroom events and maintain showroom inventory.
