Qualifications

• 2+ years of window and door installation, finish carpentry, or related construction experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read installation instructions, blueprints, and job specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install replacement windows, doors, trim, and related products from start to finish.
• Remove existing windows and doors and prepare openings for installation.
• Perform finish carpentry work with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Use hand and power tools safely and according to manufacturer specifications.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites as part of a team.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles.
• Follow installation schedules, job specifications, and safety standards.
• Complete installation paperwork and project documentation.
• Provide professional, courteous service to homeowners throughout the project.
