Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a paid training program.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks by 6:30 AM at the warehouse.
• Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
