Job summary

Bridgetown Window and Doors is seeking an experienced installer to handle replacement windows and doors from start to finish. You will remove existing units, prepare openings, and perform precise finish carpentry with a focus on craftsmanship.

The role requires reading installation instructions and blueprints, safely using hand and power tools, and lifting up to 100 lbs. This is a full-time position with steady daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with window/door installation or finish carpentry preferred.
• Ability to read installation instructions and job specifications.

What You'll Do

• Install replacement windows, doors, trim, and related products from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Class C driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• 2+ years of window and door installation, finish carpentry, or related construction experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read installation instructions, blueprints, and job specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and work on ladders or in confined spaces.
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
• Pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
