Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Windows Division Coordinator to support Outside Sales Reps by placing and coordinating orders and delivering superior customer service.

Responsibilities include entering orders, scheduling production and delivery, assisting customers with product selection, pricing, availability, refunds, and quotes. Two years in building materials preferred; knowledge of window products is a plus.

Formación

• Two years of experience in the building materials industry preferred.
• Knowledge of window products is helpful.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Detail orientation and accuracy are essential.
• Customer service excellence is expected.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to influence is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to walk-in, contractor, and remote customers via phone or email.
• Sell company products and related items; generate sales quotations.
• Enter orders in the computer system and coordinate production/delivery of orders.
• Schedule production and delivery with store operations; resolve order issues to maximize sales.
