JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist with Windows support experience to join a high-performance team in Bethesda, MD. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end users.

The position requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. You will work both in-office and remotely using tools such as Bomgar, Cisco Jabber, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Windows Remote Control

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in IT Desktop/Windows support role.
• Proficient with Bomgar or similar remote-support tool.
• Able to lift 30 pounds.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Provide in-office and remote support using Bomgar, Cisco Jabber, Teams, Zoom, and Windows remote control.
• Log, track, and document incidents in ServiceNow.
• Respond to escalated tickets and manage the ticket queue.
• Perform day-to-day desktop support operations independently.
• Facilitate repairs/maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, and AV equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows peripherals and end-user devices.
• Support in-office walk-ins and remote assistance with quality service.
• Run diagnostic tests to isolate system problems and aid resolutions.
