Job summary

The CORE Institute in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an IT/Desktop Support specialist to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based computers and business applications. You will assist with desktop application design and network solutions, and manage printer mappings for clinical systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge preferred.
1-2 years of experience in the IT/Desktop Support field. Proficient with all Windows operating systems.
Must have at least intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Professional Suite.
Healthcare IT Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based computers and peripherals.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications.
Assist with design of desktop applications and network solutions.
Create printer mappings for clinical systems and escalate errors as needed.
Document daily tasks and create user documentation as needed.
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and confidentiality.
