Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking an organized Windows Production Coordinator for its California Division. You will coordinate installation and customer care schedules for window coverings with installers and builders to ensure timely delivery and installation.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and urgency in responding to customers, installers, and peers; two years of related experience is preferred and SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related industry experience and/or training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and order processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules with builders or homebuyers throughout the installation process.
• Use builder scheduling portals or communicate directly with Construction Managers to ensure timely installation.
• Track delivery dates and backorder status of materials ordered for jobs to ensure schedules can be met.
• Communicate with Production, Sales, Design, and Warehouse teams regarding any issues that may impact the schedule.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during scheduling or installation.
• Coordinate installation schedules with multiple builders and installers across Northern and Southern California.
• Coordinate customer care issues that arise during installation or after installation and close of escrow.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or company management.

We are looking for an organized professional to fill a Windows Production Coordinator role for the ILG California Division. The primary responsibility is to coordinate installation and customer care schedules for window coverings with installers and builders to ensure timely delivery and installation.

This individual must be a strong problem solver, superior communicator, and demonstrate diligence and urgency in their responses to customers, installers, and peers.

• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, and coworkers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to proactively identify, analyze, address, and resolve problem areas, conflicts, and issues.
• Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to exercise sound judgment, explain the reasoning behind decisions, involve appropriate team members in the decision-making process, and make timely decisions.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to utilize effective tracking systems to maintain and monitor information associated with the ordering and production process.
• Working knowledge of the internet, inventory systems, project management, Microsoft Excel, and order processing systems.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Pay range: $24-$26/hour plus benefits
