You have come to the right place.SummaryThe primary responsibility of the Windows Coordinator is to ensure that all required materials are ordered as to size, type, color, style, design and amount to facilitate the installation process. As well, coordinate installation and customer care schedules with installers and builder customer to ensure a timely delivery/install. This position requires a strong problem solver, superior communicator, and demonstrate diligence and urgency in their responses to both customers and peers.Essential ResponsibilitiesCompares color selection sheets to floor plans and diagrams and verifies proper quantities of raw materials have been requestedOrder materials from approved vendors and verify their receiptAnalyzes market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availabilityComplete order forms, prepare purchase orders, compile information for installation and customer care jobsTrack delivery dates or back-order status of materials ordered for jobs to ensure schedule can be metCoordinate install schedules with customer during installation process and any customer care issues; Builder and HomebuyerCommunicate with Production, Sales, Design, and Warehouse staff with any issues that will impact scheduleIdentify and troubleshoot issues that may arise while scheduling or during installationCoordinate installation schedules with multiple installersOther duties, as assigned by supervisor and/or company managementQualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum of two years related industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
