Job summary

Window World of the Ozarks is seeking an Install Coordinator for our Fort Smith showroom to coordinate measure, install, and service appointments between customers and crews. You will ensure products and parts are on hand, guide crews on job complexity, and assist in receiving goods while keeping the warehouse orderly.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and adaptability as our customers’ expectations are managed from measure through installation and service.

• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
• Comfort with using software and devices to manage appointments and warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate measure, install, and service appointments between customers and crews.
• Inform crews about job complexity and schedule accordingly.
• Verify products and parts have arrived before scheduling.
• Oversee unloading of deliveries and loading of installers/techs.
• Prepare daily job packets for field teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of warehouse, dock, and boneyard.
• Process job packets upon completion.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Install Coordinator who can help us coordinate our measure, install, and service appointments between our customers and crews. This person must develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to better assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer expectations. In addition to scheduling, this person will also assist in receiving of products and maintaining cleanliness of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with customers and the installers and techs to schedule measure, install, and service appointments
• Communicating with installers and techs about complexity of jobs and scheduling accordingly
• Verify all products and parts have arrived before scheduling appointments
• Oversee unloading of delivery trucks and loading of installers and techs
• Daily preparation of job packets
• Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and safety of warehouse, dock, and boneyard
• Processing job packets upon completion
