Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure, or a related IT role.
• Strong hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong Exchange Online administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
• Practical experience managing Windows endpoints through Microsoft Intune.
• Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience working within cloud‑first or hybrid IT environments.
• Strong understanding of users, groups, licensing, permissions, shared mailboxes, email domains, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience troubleshooting Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, authentication, and Microsoft 365‑related issues.
• Experience with PowerShell is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online issues
• Resolving Okta authentication and access problems
• Troubleshooting Intune and Jamf enrollment, configuration, and compliance issues
• Windows and macOS troubleshooting
• Network and Wi‑Fi connectivity issues
• SaaS application troubleshooting
• Security agent, endpoint, and policy issues
• User onboarding and offboarding
• Account provisioning and deprovisioning
• Supporting application access and permissions
• Working directly with technology vendors, service providers, and ISPs to resolve technical issues
• Escalating complex infrastructure, networking, or security issues when appropriate
