Job summary

Sapsf is seeking a Senior Administrator for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Servers RDS, and Touch Services to support Windows 365 Cloud PC environments in a global ITIL-based setting. Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 Enterprise desktops or virtual desktops.
• Hands-on with Windows 365 Cloud PC Enterprise.
• Understanding of Cloud PC architecture, provisioning policies, licensing, and service dependencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune (device configuration, compliance, app deployment).
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity, and Conditional Access.
• Familiarity with Azure networking concepts (VNets, subnets, NSGs).
• Strong ITIL-based L2/L3 support experience.
• Exposure to global support operations and 24/7/ follow-the-sun models.

Responsibilities
