Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking IT support professionals to evaluate and execute Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations on client systems in the Andover, MA area. You will assess readiness, capture asset details, and coordinate upgrades with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires hands-on desktop engineering, AD/domain experience, and strong networking knowledge. This is an on-site position supporting scheduled deployment activities at the client site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT support, desktop engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and deployment skills.
• Experience with AD/domain concepts and network basics.
• Ability to document clearly and communicate technically.

Responsibilities

• Assess Windows 10 environments for Windows 11 upgrade or replacement.
• Capture asset details, OS, apps, peripherals and interfaces.
• Coordinate upgrades, builds and migrations to Windows 11.
• Verify connectivity to instruments, servers and shares.
• Troubleshoot Windows, drivers, services, and network issues.
• Work with vendors, owners and security teams; onsite deployment.
