Job summary

Medasource is seeking a desktop upgrade technician to support a large healthcare client during a Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration. The role covers about 5,000 desktops and laptops, with on-site hardware swaps, imaging, and software/driver installation.

Training on internal imaging processes will be provided, and some travel to South Bend, Elkhart, and off-site clinics is required. The position involves PXE-based OS deployment, driver/configuration tuning, and ensuring replacements match the

Qualifications

• Familiar with Windows 10/11 and basic MS Office usage.
• Assist end users with basic computer usage questions.
• Swap computer hardware/peripherals as needed.
• Install software and drivers in Windows.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade workstation fleet from Windows 10 to 11.
• Upgrade ~5K desktops and laptops.
• Some hardware replacement and reimage to Windows 11.
• PXE install Windows 11 via BigFix OS Deployment.
• Install drivers/software and configure replacement.
• Physically swap devices.
• Travel to South Bend and Elkhart; drive to off-site clinics.
