Job summary

Made In The Shade in Edmond, OK is seeking a Window Treatment Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship and customer care. You’ll measure and install blinds, shades, shutters, exterior shades and drapes in customers’ homes, represent the brand professionally, and help deliver 5-star results.

If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and good with customers, you’ll fit right in as part of a team that values quality work and doing right by the customer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of handyman or general carpentry experience required.
• In-home window covering installation experience is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and customer-service focused.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders and stairs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and prepared with the right tools and materials.
• Measure and install window treatments accurately for a clean finish.
• Troubleshoot install issues and resolve them professionally.
• Protect customer homes and leave the workspace clean.
• Care for provided tools and equipment.
• Stay current on products and installation best practices, including programming motorization and apps.
