Renewal by Andersen STL is looking for a skilled Window Service Technician to stain, seal, and service wood window frames. You will perform on-site maintenance, inspect surfaces, and ensure high-quality finishes for durability.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, are detail-oriented, and can communicate effectively with customers. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7am–4pm, with opportunities for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in wood staining, finishing, or window service preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of wood types, stain products, and application techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and customers.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site staining and sealing of wood window frames, sashes, and trim.
• Conduct routine maintenance and service on installed windows, including adjustments, repairs, and refinishing.
• Inspect windows for damage, wear, or finish issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Inspect and gather service parts and pieces, maintaining an organized inventory.
• Keep your service vehicle properly stocked with necessary service parts.
• Ensure timely closeout of services to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members to ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
