Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Earth City, MO. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient material handling, and on-time preparation of products for our installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
• Prepare and stage materials for scheduled deliveries
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
• Manage service parts inventory and maintain required documentation
• Assist with delivery logistics and job-site preparation
• Follow all company policies and workplace safety procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of construction materials is a plus
• Strong basic math, organization, and record-keeping skills
• Valid driver's license required

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
• Earn up to $400 in monthly performance incentives
